There are 33 families that survive off of what Oaxaca's Garbage Dump can provide. They live and work in what can only be described as "Hell on Earth." These families, more than 120 men, women, and children, make up a closely-knit community of people that many consider to be modern day untouchables. It is the mission of Simply Smiles to bring this injustice to light and provide all that these human beings need and deserve. Our focus for 2007 is to build each family a proper house of which they can be proud. We invite you to learn about these noble people and ask you to give generously to help us provide for them.
