Imagine living with your family in house made of items you scavenged from a garbage dump. Your house is made of bed springs, or metal drums, or at best some sheet metal.
Imagine working all day in the unspeakable filth of the garbage dump and coming home to where you don't even have a place to wash your hands. What about laying your precious newborn down to sleep in a plastic bin you unearthed. This is the reality for these families.
With your help, for just $2,500 per house, we can build these families real homes. A simple cement home will allow a refuge from the dump's atrocities, and provide them with the dignity and comfort that they deserve.
Below you will find the first four familes for which we will be building new homes. Even small contributions will go a long way toward giving these families a proper home. We hope you can find it in your heart to help.
